Sound bath at the Methow Valley Wellness Center on April 18 at 7 pm. Suggested donation is $20. Participants can bring a pillow and a blanket and eye mask. The sound bath includes crystal singing bowls, drum, flute, harmonium and voice to provide a deeply relaxing and restoring experience.
