Begin with a generous buffet of fresh baked pastries, cascara cocoa granola parfaits, artisan cheeses and charcuterie, deviled eggs with sweet peas and mint, and other seasonal favorites. Entrées include Palouse wagyu steak and eggs, wild Alaskan salmon and ricotta ravioli, Gulf prawn and halibut cake benedict, and huckleberry pancakes with maple whipped cream.
