Celebrate the beauty of spring with MAH volunteer Louise Suhr on a cheerful outdoor adventure to Deadhorse Lake. This gentle 2-mile round-trip hike (about 150’ elevation gain) will move at an easy, social pace—perfect for soaking in the sights, scents, and sounds of the season while enjoying great company.
What to bring: Dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, and don’t forget water and a snack to enjoy along the way. Bring your camera or flower book if you have one—you never know what colorful blooms you might spot!
Directions: From Twisp, drive about 3 miles up Twisp River Road to Frost Road and follow it to the first green gate on the right. Park nearby.
