Connecting to Care - Join us for an informative session on Telehealth and Family Health Center Portal navigation. We will kick things off with a straightforward introduction to Telehealth navigation. We’ll cover the basic concepts and a few easy tips to help everyone feel more confident.
Next, Miguel Acuna‑Martinez, from Family Health Centers will give a friendly walkthrough of the FHC specific patient portal. He’ll show how to log in with two‑factor authentication, check messages, schedule appointments, and explore other useful features. He’ll also demonstrate how to join a Telehealth visit through the portal, whether you’re on a mobile device or using a computer.
